Account deletion

Arkev game · ru.arkev.play application

You can delete your Arkev account and the personal data linked to it at any time — in the app or by email.

1In the application

Open the menu → “Account linking” → “Delete account” and hold the button to confirm. You are logged out right away, and the account is deleted for good after 30 days. Changed your mind? Just log back into the game before then and the deletion is cancelled.

2By email request

Can’t open the app? Email help@arkev.ru with the subject “Account deletion” and include your in-game name (nickname) and login method (guest — no registration, VK ID, Yandex ID, Sber ID, Google Play Games, game portal or login code) so we can find the account.

§What is deleted

The personal data linked to the account is deleted: progress and items, in-game name, login methods (VK ID, Yandex ID, Sber ID, Google Play Games, game portal, login code), your chat messages, the letters you received, support requests and clan membership. If you are a clan leader, the clan is disbanded.

⏳

Time frame: final deletion — within 30 days of the request (in the application) or of the confirmation of the request (by email).

What is retained:

  • Letters you sent to other players. They stay with the recipients, but your name in them is replaced with “Deleted player”.
  • Login data of a blocked account. If the account is deleted while it is blocked for breaking the rules, the identifiers used to log into it (device identifier, VK ID, Google Play Games, portal) stay on the block list indefinitely, so the block can’t be bypassed. The basis is the Operator’s legitimate interests; the rest of the account data is deleted.
  • Records that can no longer identify you; data that must be kept by law and for moderation (for example, copies of messages that were reported); the event log. All of this is kept for the usual period.

Simply removing the app from your device does not delete the account — use one of the methods above. For more on how we handle your data, see the Privacy Policy.
